Our Service Commitment

At Rail Trail Ebikes, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All new e-bikes are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which we facilitate directly at our shop in Derry, NH. We are your first point of contact for any warranty-related issues.

General Warranty Guidelines
  • Coverage Period: Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and component but typically cover the frame, motor, and battery for at least one year from the date of purchase. Please refer to the specific documentation that came with your product for exact terms.
  • What's Covered: Warranties generally cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues with the frame, motor, battery, controller, and display.
  • What's Not Covered: Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear items, such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, and grips. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
  • Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide the original sales receipt from Rail Trail Ebikes. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Service Location: All warranty service and evaluations must be performed in-store by our qualified technicians.
